Why do you spin the double eggs in alternating directions?

You twist the eggs on the cork stand to the right for a clockwise spin, then to the left for an anti-clockwise spin. This replaces the energy level much faster than spinning in only one direction. Alternate spinning is ancient farming technique to raise the energy level in liquid fertilisers. It is also used in homeopathy. Viktor Schauberger describes how an active stream produces an energy ‘burst’ when the longitudinal vortex changes from a clockwise (yang) spin to an anti-clockwise (yin) between a right and a left hand bend. [5 spins in each direction takes about 2 mins].
